2008 Ballot Issue LR-118:  The 2007 Legislature submitted this proposal for a vote. This proposal asks Montana voters to continue the 6-mill levy to support the university system. Without voter approval, the current 6 mill levy to support the university system will expire in January 2009. If passed, this proposal would be effective on January 1, 2009 and terminate January 1, 2019.
